Q: How do you ship and how long is the delivery period?
A: 1. Door to door service: DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex and 4PX, 3-6 days;
2. Air delivery to the nearest airport: 7-10 days, the minimum is 50kg;
3. Sea delivery to nearest seaport: around 30 days.
Q: Can I track my shipment?

Q: Can I preview my paintings before shipping?
A: Yes. We offer a digital preview with "close ups". You can even see the brush strokes! Your paintings will not be shipped until we have your approval. You can make as many changes as you like until you are completely satisfied with your paintings.
Q: Can you make paintings with my special requests?
A: Yes, you can add, remove or suggest any modifications to your photo.
Q: Do you polish the paintings?
A: Yes.

Q: How do you pack my paintings?
A: All paintings are well protected by seamlessly sealed pvc tubes. For very large paintings or paintings framed or stretched, they are packed in a hard case. Each seperate piece is separated by protective plastic interlayers or wax paper.

These are our general sizes. However, customers can request other sizes. The biggest size we have done so far is 120x120 inches, more than 3 meters on each side.
